  Im writing as Id like to inform you of how helpful& friendly the staff at the Carmarthen Pets @ Home in South West Wales had been. There are a variety of items for pets and they are of good quality and affordable in price.  I have been informed if certain items are stocked, the location of where they are and sometimes directed to them.  All staff have always been very polite and helpful, the service has been both effective and efficient. The effort of all of the staff does not go unnoticed or unappreciated at all.  I trust they will continue to be very helpful and patient as they have regularly demonstrated at my visits.  During my most recent visit I was served by a nice lady at the till point at the Carmarthen Store who asked me if I wanted a bag or have my items bagged up for myself. I thought it was excellent customer service as she was going out of her way to help or doing the extra mile.  I am a regular customer and recommend Pets at Home to friends and family. I will be sending the staff there a Thank you card in order to appreciate them of their hard work. If I was a mystery shopper this is the feedback I would be providing. I am awarding the customer service at Carmarthen Pets @ Home a  9/10. I have been very impressed of the attitude and commitment of the staff. I have never been given bad customer service here by any member of staff, and would not award any mark below 7.5 out of 10 to any of the staff members. It has always been either good or excellent.
